Acrobats went to conquer the world podium

On March 10-13, the world championship in sports acrobatics will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan. The best compositions of national teams will challenge the laurels of the winner. Uzbekistan will be represented by: mixed pair - Pak Anastasia, Nosyrov Ikromjon, male pair - Makhmudov Sharofiddin, Azizov Miraziz, male group - Khafizov Damir, Dzhumakulov Shahzod, Kamoliddinov Diyorbek, Suvonov Shokhzhakhon.

Under the new rules, world champion titles will now be awarded for balance, dynamic and combined exercises in each of the five categories of acrobatics (Men's Pair, Women's Pair, Mixed Pair, Women's Trio and Men's Group). Taking into account the team standings, 16 sets of medals will be played in Baku this year.

This change represents a leap in the development of acrobatics, in which athletes in recent years represented all types of the program, and then repeated the combined exercises only in the medal round.

The national team of Uzbekistan has already arrived at the scene and is preparing for testing. We wish good luck to our athletes.
