FIG Judge Certification

Online testing of judges in gymnastic disciplines continues. The Covid-19 pandemic has created a serious threat to the conduct of face-to-face courses, therefore the International Gymnastics Federation has decided to move the traditional face-to-face courses and examinations for judges to an online format for the start of the 2022-2024 cycle. FIG has contracted STS Tests to develop and oversee the live testing of the 2022-2024 Refereeing Rules. The technical committees have been hard at work delivering online educational content, which is now available through the new STS educational platform. And today representatives of rhythmic gymnastics have started certification. Members of the Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation are also among the test participants. Only those who successfully pass the current certification according to the competition rules 2022-2024 will be allowed to referee the FIG tournaments of the next Olympic cycle.
