Gymnastics team met at the capital's airport

The night before, our team headed by Oksana Chusovitina, the winner of the competition, returned home from Baku, where the final of the series of rating stages of the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup took place. Oksana not only won two "gold" and silver in three tournaments of the series, but also became the owner of the International Gymnastics Federation Cup, which is awarded only to athletes who have scored the highest number of points in a separate type of program. Our other gymnast Dildora Aripova also achieved high results. Performances at the stages of the World Cup for her debut, but as it turned out in the end, very successful. A young and talented athlete won a bronze medal in Baku, and a silver medal at the previous start in Cairo. At the capital's airport, the Uzbek team was met by Deputy Minister of Sports Development Shakhrillo Makhmudov, First Vice-President of the Federal State Institution Ruslan Mustaev, as well as representatives of the general sponsor of the federation Uzavtosanoat JSC.
